Thomas E. Harris
Professor of Communication Studies
Ph.D., Temple University, 1980.
Dr. Harris's research interests include organizational communication,
small groups and teams, diversity, consulting, and change facilitation
and management. Combining an on-going
research agenda centered on these issues and an active organizational
consulting profile, he identifies successful or potentially successful
improvement and change strategies. Bridging research and scholarship
with applied organizational communication processes is the desired
result.
