The William E. Winter Reading Room provides discipline-based library facilities and services to the students, faculty, staff and alumni of the College of Communication and Information Sciences.

Located within the College of Communication at 234 Reese Phifer Hall, the Reading Room maintains a collection of books, periodicals, newspapers, videos, and class reserve materials; a computer lab (Macintosh and Dell PCs) providing Internet access, a scanner, a color printer; Lexis-Nexis; CommSearch; a video viewing room; and a photocopier.

The Reading Room is staffed by student workers and Ann Bourne, Staff Librarian Phone: 348-4723. Ms. Bourne is librarian for the college. She supervises and maintains the William E. Winter Reading Room, which consists of periodicals and books related to the field of communication, photocopy facilities, and a computer lab.
