Second Floor

Most people enter Phifer Hall through the steps facing University Boulevard. They find themselves in the rotunda on the second floor and in the midst of the Communication Hall of Fame. To the right just off the rotunda is the Tisch Student Services Center. At the diagonally opposite part of the building is the College’s large lecture hall, room 216.
